One-to-One Peer Support Sessions
ThriveWell Solutions CIC offers a free peer support community as the foundation of its work — a calm, non-judgemental space for connection, shared lived experience, and encouragement.
For some people, there are times when additional space feels helpful alongside community support. One-to-one peer support sessions are available as an optional, time-limited layer of support, for those who would benefit from focused reflection with someone who understands the realities of long-term health challenges.
These sessions provide a safe, supportive environment to talk openly, feel heard, and explore experiences in a grounded, contained way.
As an Expert by Experience, my role is not to diagnose, treat, or provide therapy. One-to-one sessions are a form of peer support, offering empathetic listening, shared perspective, and reflective conversation shaped by lived experience.
One-to-one peer support is designed to:
Complement the free peer support community
Reduce isolation during more challenging periods
Offer emotional validation and perspective
Support reflection and self-understanding
This support does not replace medical or mental health care, and works best alongside existing services and personal support networks.
If you feel that a one-to-one peer session would be a helpful addition to your support at this time, you’re welcome to get in touch to explore whether this option is suitable.

ThriveWell recognises that living with chronic illness, pain, or fatigue can affect identity and confidence. Support is grounded in respect for each person as they are, without expectation to change or overcome.
